Getronics ("us", "we", or "our") operates this mobile application which provides Getronics engineers with customer details and requirements in order to assign and manage field service operations (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service. Getronics rely on our legitimate interests in collecting this personal data in order to provide a Service to customer that allocates engineers to a task based on their skills, location and availability.

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

• SSO information (username and password details)
• Geolocation status (when enabled by the user)
• User profile (name, role, ID, email address)

When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
• Country code
• Device ID
• Device manufacturer
• Device model
• Device OS version
• Device platform
• App version
• Excerpt from error logs
• Confirmation of positive biometric security (face recognition and fingerprint authorization) access to your device (please note we do not collect the biometric data).

Getronics uses the collected data for various purposes:
    To provide and maintain the Service
